Digital Protocols

We proudly support a wide range of scanning systems beyond our primary offerings below. If you’re using a different scanner or imaging platform, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Simply give us a call at 732-626-8814, and our team will work with you to ensure seamless integration and connectivity.

If the scanner you have is not listed, please contact us and we will provide you with the credentials.

Shining 3D

  • Log in to the Shining 3D Dental Cloud platform with your clinic or lab account.
  • Navigate to the “Connections” tab.
    Initiate a new connection by clicking the “New” button.
  • Search for Aligna Clear Aligners or search alignaofficial@gmail.com and send a connection request.
  • Our lab will receive a notification and will approve the request.
  • Once approved, our lab will appear in your connection list, and you can start sending orders.

Trios – 3shape

Option 1

  • Go to https://us.3shapecommunicate.com
  • Select “CONNECTIONS”
  • Request a connection with Aligna Clear Aligners or search alignaofficial@gmail.com
  • Call Aligna Clear Aligners at 732-626-8814 to let us know you have requested a connection
  • After your connection to Aligna Clear Aligners is approved, select Aligna Clear Aligners when sending files

Option 2

Send an email to us at alignaofficial@gmail.com or call us to provide our team with your email address, and we can send you an invitation to connect

iTero

Option 1

  • Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner
  • Connect with Aligna Clear Aligners using our Company ID: 523972
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Aligna Clear Aligners” on your scanner when sending files

Option 2

  • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 1
  • Request that Aligna Clear Aligners is added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number 732-626-8814
  • After Aligna Clear Aligners has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Aligna Clear Aligners on your scanner when sending file

Medit

  • Log into www.meditlink.com with the administrator account
  • Go to “Partners on the left pane”
  • Search using alignaofficial@gmail.com and click the “Request Partnership” button
  • You’ll see that the lab has been added to the “My Partner List” with the status reflected as “Partnership Pending”

Dexis

    1. Login to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist.
    2. In the toolbar, click .
    3. In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
    4. In the Email field, enter the email address of the Laboratory (alignaofficial@gmail.com).
    5. In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.
    6. Click Send.

The invitation message is sent to the Laboratory and a Partner entry is created in the list of Partners.

  1. When the Laboratory logs in to DEXIS IS Connect, the Partners button displays a notification as follows:

DS Core (Sirona)

  • Login to DS Core using this invite link: dscore.com
  • Access the DS Core website and log in using your dental practice credentials. Select the icon on the upper right side and select “practice”
  • Search for a lab: Use the search function to find Aligna Clear Aligners to connect with
  • Once you find Aligna Clear Aligners, select the option to add as a preferred lab within your practice settings
  • Send orders: When creating a new patient case, choose Aligna Clear Aligners from the preferred lab list to send the digital scan and any necessary information directly to us
