Which scanners can I use to send you cases?
Aligna accepts scans from iTero, Dexis, Medit, 3Shape, DS Core (Sirona) and Shining 3D.
Submit your scans using:

What's your turnaround time for clear aligners?
After your scan and Rx are submitted:
• Our orthodontist creates a custom treatment plan within 2 business days
• Once you approve the plan, you’ll receive your aligners within 8 business days
What if the aligners don't fit or need adjusting?
Refinements and adjustments are available.
How do I submit a case to Aligna?
Simply upload your scan using your scanner platform (see scanner info above). That’s it — we’ll take it from there.
Do you offer different treatment plans?
Yes, Aligna offers three flexible options:
- Aligna flex one time base fee plus charge per aligner base charge
- Aligna Core: flat rate up to 20 aligners
- Aligna Max – flat rate for unlimited aligner

Are retainers included?
Yes — each plan includes one final retainer to help maintain the patient’s smile after treatment is complete.
Who designs the treatment plans?
Each case is reviewed and planned by a licensed orthodontist to ensure precision and optimal outcomes.
